Updates Regarding ATM Outage:

CSE Federal Credit Union ATMs are unavailable due to an unexpected service provider issue. If you visit a non-CSE ATM, CSE will refund any ATM charges within two business days until our ATMs are restored. While many local financial institutions are impacted by this widespread outage, you may find functioning ATMs at gas stations, grocery stores, and other retailers. You may also be able to elect to receive ‘Cash Back’ from select merchants when conducting transactions with your CSE Debit card.

We apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience while we work with our provider to restore service. During this time, you still have full access to your accounts through online and mobile banking and any of our branch locations. All CSE branches are open Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am – 1:00 pm. Our Contact Center is also available by phone during the above business hours.

As an alternative to ATM deposits, each office has a Night Drop located next to the drive-thru ATM, or utilize Mobile Deposit using the CSE Mobile Banking app.
