What We Need From You

Ideal candidates will have a member-first attitude and value all people.  Candidates must demonstrate a sense of urgency in responding to members and have a passion for delivering top-notch service.  They must also be punctual, dependable and demonstrate the ability to earn trust and respect by acting with honesty and professionalism.

Additional employee expectations:

  • High school diploma or GED, Associate’s degree or higher is a plus
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Digitally savvy; ability to work with Windows PC and multiple web-based applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Great problem solving skills
  • Flexibility to work during our business hours: 8AM – 5PM, M-F and 9AM – 1PM on Saturdays
