Accessing your money shouldn’t be difficult any time of year, but especially during the busy holiday season! We want you to be aware of ALL of the ways your credit union goes with you, both near or far.


Online or Mobile Banking

The easiest and most convenient way to access your money 24/7 is through online and mobile banking. Having free online and mobile banking for our members is a no brainer! You can download the CSE mobile app to your device, or access e.Branch online banking through a computer/device web browser.

You can do most of your typical banking with mobile or online banking like checking your balances, transfer money, use bill-pay, turn your debit card on or off, view accounts or credit card statements, and so much more.


Shared Branching Access

Sometimes you just need to physically go into a branch. If you’re far from your credit union, you can still have access to your accounts via a branch with our CO-OP Shared Branch Network! This is a network of credit unions that allows members of other credit unions to use their branches to conduct basic teller transactions at over 5,000 locations across the U.S.

Remember in order to conduct business at a shared branch, you must know your account number and have a government-issued photo ID to use this service at another credit union.

Shared ATM Access

In need of cash, but don’t want to pay outrageous fees? No problem! You can access over 30,000 Fee-Free ATMs with the CO-OP Shared ATM Network. In addition to the CO-OP Shared ATM Network, CSE is also a member of the Alliance One ATM Network. So when you’re in need of a fee-free ATM near or far, just look for ATMs with a CO-OP or Alliance One ATM Logo.

  • Text Alerts – Log into your mobile or online banking platform to set up real-time text alerts*, so you always know when transactions occur on your account.

  • Mobile Deposit – Deposit a check straight from your smart device!
  • Text Banking - Text Banking* is another way you can have quick access to check on your accounts.

If you’re traveling this holiday season, remember, that although your credit union goes where you go, it’s always a good idea to let us know before you go so we can put travel alerts on your CSE debit and or credit cards to avoid any interruptions, you can call us to input travel alerts at 330-452-9801.
