During the pandemic, members were able to do all of their banking through our drive-thru's. However, the time has come for our drive-thru lanes to get back to quick access for basic transactions. Please read about updates to drive-thru service.

Drive Thru Transactions

It's been 15 months since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic. Fortunately, we were able to continue to serve our members through all of the uncertainty that came during the time our lobbies were closed, as we could meet members' needs through our drive-thru lanes. For the past 15 months, members were able to do seemingly all of their banking through our drive-thru's. However, the time has come for our drive-thru lanes to get back to the way they are intended to operate: to grant quick access to members for basic financial transactions.
 
Effective immediately, our drive-thru's will return to pre-pandemic operations. We will discontinue the following services to members in the drive-thru:
  • Shared Branching Transactions
  • Credit Card Cash Advances
  • Cashier's Checks and Money Orders
Member who wish to perform any of these transaction types in person, must do so inside a CSE office. Unfortunately they are more time-consuming transactions that take away from the the intended experience of quick transacting while using a drive-thru lane.
 
We appreciate your understanding and will be very excited to see all of our members' faces who once again enter a CSE office.
